Always fantastic food and very personal service. Everything I've ever eaten from the Trempealeau Hotel has been excellent in taste and freshness. The owner and workers are also personable and approachable. My mother inquired about the soup of the day and the server said very upfront that she thought it wasn't as good as it should be and didn't have enough noodles, so you can bet that if they tell you it's good, it's definitely good.

Had lunch at the hotel 3/11/18. Trip purpose was two-fold. I’ve always heard the food was good and a high school teacher, Kris Risch, was performing. Eddie Allen was performing as well. Both the music and food were fantastic. I highly recommend starting off with the Walnut Balls and Mustard. I had the Turkey Melt and my wife had a burger. I will definitely come back.

Stopped in today Feb.11, 2018. We had been ice fishing and I encouraged my husband to stop because I've always wanted to check it out. The bartender was friendly as was the server. We were looking at the menus when the entertainer sang of how we voted for a fascist president and let's make America white again. I guess that wasn't the quaint dining experience we stopped in for. Left without ordering and have no reason to come back.

We went to eat there after our hike. It was on St. Patty's Day. Loved the atmosphere and the food!
