Pinewood Court Inc

Family and friends of pinewood court are allowed to enjoy the playground and basketball court, but all tenants have to read the rules posted and share to neighbors, posted on the shed by sandbox as there are security cameras, and courteousness to other neighbors is always advised. No dunking and hanging on rim or hoop as it can damage court and ruin the fun of basketball for others. Ask to have owners raise or lower it as owners adjust for kids per request. The 🏀 bench has basketballs for kids as long as they put back when finished so other kids can use. Adults can check out the storage sheds nearby as they are available for rent as well by owners.

Beautiful town! Great community! But the owner Lynn....three words to best describe her are: vicious, vengeful, and vindictive! I feel sorry for her she must be an unhappy, shameful person behind closed doors.

We absolutely loved our experience living in Pinewood Court. The owners take great pride in Pinewood Court, and it definitely shows! The clubhouse is a great perk to living there, it's free to use and was the perfect spot to host birthday parties and family get togethers. Owners also recently built a really nice playground area for the kids in Pinewood. It's so wonderful to see the hard work the owners put into Pinewood. We highly recommend Pinewood Court!
