The Gourmet Cupcake Shoppe

Utterly appalled by the behavior of the staff. My guests and I were treated poorly and disrepested without an ounce of remorse for the situation. No apologize and gave me a difficult time for wanting my money when I received nothing for my money. The lady in charge of wedding cakes knowingly was going to serve us cupcakes that had hair in them. We found multiple pieces in their product and she witness this. Proceed to tell us this happens and acted as if this was a normally occurance. After pulling long pieces of hair from 5 or 4 effected cupcakes she honestly thought we continue to taste the product. When I told her we would not be moving forward and I wanted my money back she proceeded to tell me their policy is not to refund on cake testing. "Oh really because you should be embarrassed and a shame of yourself ". After making me waiting and actIng like it was a struggle to refund my money she finally did again with no apologize or remorse. I would bet money she placed those cupcakes in the display cabinet to be sold after we left too.

I have to say they have the best sugar cookie ever it's always soft and the frosting is super light and semi sweet !
