By far the worst of the 4 in the area. The one on Gratiot in Shields is Mich, Mich better. At this location ask for extra ice.... you get almost no ice. Ask for extra sauce (mentioned mult times, to cashier also so mult people).... and you get barely any. It's a joke. Seems like they could care less. At the Gratiot location I have none of these issues.

Donuts are always good but they seem to always be low on one kind or another I believe they need to put in more machines to make the donuts or hire more people either way they need to find a way to put out product faster.

Very nice and neat store. Very great selections of coffee and really good donuts. I love it here

Always clean and comfortable, but people tend to linger and take up tables and there aren't many options for groups of three or four. Service can also be slowish on occasion, but not so bad as to warrant a strong complaint.
