Never actually open. Have called or showed up at 6:30pm multiple times with no answer on the phone and completely closed. Just update your hours! Wont be attempting to go again since you can’t rely on them being open even at very normal working business hours. Go to Mooneys just down the street instead.
Took about 30 minutes to get through the drive through at Tim Hortons on State Street. Ridiculous!
If I can give 0 stars I would. I went yesterday and they said they were understaffed so they’re not servicing ice cream today. Went today and they closed their coldstone services at 7:20 pm. Update your hours online. Or stop coldstone. It’s ridiculous
It was great but they no longer sell ice cream as of early July
The coldstone portion was closed down at 6:30. Really disappointed this wasn't posted anywhere on site or on the website. Will never attempt to go to a Tim Horton's/Coldstone combo ever again.
Their cakes are awesome, but everytime I order one online from this location something goes wrong. I went to pick up my cake on February 8th and after 12 minutes of "let me check" they said, "someone else picked up the cake". I said, "that's impossible because I don't live in town and no one would have picked up the cake for me." After another 7 minutes the supervisor told me that they either accidentally gave my cake to someone else or they just didn't make it. She then added insult to injury by offering to give me one of their "pre-made cakes at a discount, but we don't have the type of cake you ordered in the freezer right now". I special ordered their heart shape truffle cake that is only available in February for my aunt's birthday!!! I was so upset for getting the run around for nearly 20 minutes and unbelievably disappointed for leaving without my cake. Thankfully, I did get a full refund.
Incredible customer service.. my son accidentally dropped his ice cream && the gentleman quickly replaced his treat and cleaned the mess. I tried helping but he told us to enjoy our dessert and it was no big deal.
Love their ice cream, my family's favorite. But the coolers have been down for a month or more now. IE it's not available at this location anymore.
My friend and I came through tonight around 10:30 and the guy working was a complete A-hole. When a customer asks a menu question you do NOT reply with "Uh I dont know look at your phone". There was no greeting and no receipt was given I assume so we couldn't tell the manager to give their employees breathalyzers before their shift. It was an older man. Huge douche canoe. I hope he gets diarrhea.
Not happy they don't except Cold Stone Creamery gift cards.
