The Glue Pot Pub

Probably a pretty good place to get drinks. I went for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich. The waitress who was very good and friendly suggested that I get the chicken panini instead, which I did. It was not very good at all. Very bland. Definitely could’ve made something way better at home. For $16 I would expect much better.

Non pretentious gem in very convenient location. No sexy hot waitress or fancy decor. Just cold beer, hot food and plenty of big screens for sport viewing. Have been going there for years and never disappoints. Service can be slow during busy lunch hours but not terrible. Daily specials are very reasonably priced.

Old school pub that has been around a long time. Good TV setup and decent wings at a good price. Went there to play NTN trivia but there is a guy that goes there who must be there every day because he has the questions memorized... kinda sucks the fun out of it. Pretty cool setup for darts and pool. I like the fact that they are in a separate room. I don't believe that there is any parking. All told. .. I will return. *** Update : This pub is now closed. Not sure what is going in it's place. Such a shame.

Nice little dive bar, well situated at the crossroad of several bus routes. Beer and bar food is cheap yet satisfying and they host free poker tournaments as well as a free to play pool table. Service is excellent, neber violating the five minute rule. It's a shame they had to close down.

Yes, it is kind of a grimey dive bar, but hey they have good service, great prices, and even the men's toilet was clean as a whistle. I'd go back if I'm in a pinch or want some cheap food. All my friends loved the quart beer bottles.

Came here for a holiday party, the food was served buffet style and was very yummy! Really great roast beef! Waitress taking our drink orders was not very knowledgeable in their wine selection and wouldn't make a new drink for a friend when they said it didn't taste right, instead she tasted it herself and said it tasted fine...

This is a classic dive bar, where the drinks are good, the mugs chilled, and they even have free popcorn to munch with your beer! They host regular trivia nights on various topics and are large enough to accommodate big groups if you wish to reserve the venue.

The service was great. Our server was well kept and very friendly. He took time to offer suggestions and was able to answer all our questions. The place was clean... We had Bbq wings and salad along with a couple drinks. Everything was above average. I would definitely recommend this pub.

No atmosphere or good food, but definitely homey. It's a nice, safe choice for some pub food and a drink. Nothing special, but homey environment and service. If you're looking for a quick bite with some colleagues or friends, this is a nice, safe choice.

Love the popcorn machine. 2 okay pool tables. Other than beer, pool, and popcorn it doesn’t have anything going for it. Not Necessarily a terrible thing sometimes keeping it simple is good just depends on what you’re looking for. And if what you’re looking for is a simple bar with maybe a pool table or two and beer on tap then it’s just fine.
