The Garden Cafe

I really enjoy this locally-owned restaurant. George (owner) is very friendly, & grateful for the patronage. He makes a point to say hello or chat every time I come in, & he makes individual contact with other visitors as well. The wait staff are equally cordial, & work diligently to ensure their customers satisfaction. While the Garden Cafe is best known for their award-winning taverns (which are an impressive value, & a must have!) or their delicious waffles, I've found everything I've eaten here to be of quality. Local tip: If you stop in on weekends, try the Cinnamon Roll French Toast breakfast...the best word I can use to describe it is- marvelous :)

It's very much worth going there to eat,you get your money's worth and then some. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. The staff there are very nice and polite,always serving you with a smile.Really enjoy eating there and having a good hot meal .There's a variety of food on the menu and they even have special on for everyday of the week. I highly recommend this restaurant. I give them a five star rating.

Quote possibly the very BEST restaurant in Sioux City. Amazing food. Home cooked, never disappointed. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Never packed, normally pretty quiet. No matter how old or what lifestyle, you MUST eat here. Once you go, you'll keep going for years to come! The wait isn't long, the prices are affordable.

Love this place! The best prices in town! Staff here is always so friendly and service is always great! Food is the best in town can't beat the portions either!
