How do you have the best location spot for traffic/customers and be the worst Starbucks in Siouxland? Was out of stock on a lot of items and we waited for almost 20 minutes for two drinks. are you serious? who's managing this place.

Don’t waste you time coming here if you want anything to eat, they are literally out of 90% of their food items every single time I come which is every day. The manager bust not be ordering enough. You’ll wait in line 20 minutes and they don’t out drink stoppers in. But they will gladly ask for a tip. They will say “ sorry sir we have no muffins but would you like a cheese danish? Uhm no obviously I don’t want that as it’s disgusting. Order your muffins and sour dough grilled cheese please!!!!

DONT I repeat DO NOT come to this location unless you’re willing to wait 30+ minutes in a drive thru you can’t leave from. Worst coffee shop as far as efficiency goes. Spending nearly 10 bucks on a singular drink to have to wait this long Currently in line and have been for about 40 minutes. I would I leave if I could. Most definitely. If only it wasn’t a single lane.

We went early on a Sunday morning and they were busy with the drive thru but inside was pretty quiet. Service was fast and the employees were friendly. The drinks and breakfast items we ordered were what we were expecting. Would recommend this location.

Great food and coffee, nice people. Always out of what I originally ask for 9 times out of 10..... makes it a low priority for my business since it is a reoccurring issue. One would think that if something is that popular you would order more supplies.
