McDonald's

Bought lunch at 1:30 on July 24th, 2016. Should have checked the bags to verify that I had everything, as this place is notorious for forgetting things. The last few times they actually had not, so I assumed. Regardless, get home, missing 2 fries and the 2 bags of apple slices my son had requested were expired. Went back after we finished eating, and the 2 family members that requested the fries decided they did not want them any more. The man at the counter didn't really listen. I asked for a refund of the fries, and 2 bags of apple's that weren't expired. Received 2 bags of apple's that were good, and a bag with only 1 medium fry. I strongly recommend you do not go to this side show circus. The people there don't care, they don't listen, and to top it off Morningside avenue is under construction so it is a pain to get to the place anyways. As far as trusting anything about this store, I would trust a live, wild Alligator with a pet me sign before this place. They can't get anything right, they don't listen and they simply do not care.

I've always had good experiences here, never had an order wrong, sometimes there drive thru Mic isn't working,but that doesn't really bother me. Friendly staff, clean place, good food. Eat here!

Best customer experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Waited for my order for about 10-12 minutes and they gave me a free pack of cookies, fresh milk and fresh food. Wish it was like that at all McDonalds.

Sat in line for between 5 & 10 min. I left. Burnt 5 bucks fuel for nothing more than disappointment.

I came in after 2am and they gave us an expired yogurt. Surprise, they also didn't answer when we called
