If you are in LaCrosse this place is a must to check off the list of places to eat! And if you do go, get the Prime Rib, definitely worth it and I’m not a huge prime rib kinda guy…but this place is a whole other level!! Salad bar is great, drinks were flowing and the atmosphere was oozing train nostalgia. Thank you for a great dinner and experience!
Great drinks and food! Pick this spot for valentines dinner and took a long drive to get here without disappointment. Highly recommend!
The only qualm I have is that the food was quite expensive for the portion. The service was absolutely lovely. And everything tasted good! I especially enjoyed the complimentary bread.
I visited for a business dinner with colleagues on a weeknight. We were seated quickly in the main floor dining area, and our server came by soon after. She was attentive throughout the evening's meal.nnWe had appetizers, and then our main courses. The food was very good; I enjoyed my steak, which had just the right amount of char to its exterior without being tough inside. We also ordered desserts to go, which came promptly. It's clear to see why this is among the best restaurants in the city. I recommend it.
We ate here on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Service was on par and the food was fantastic. We had shrimp cocktail and the artichoke for appetizers, they were both great. All our meals were perfectly cooked and the dessert was very fresh.
