A room with two full beds was $90.  The beds were pretty uncomfortable. Cable TV was nice. The window opened just fine, but we had to take the screen off and pull the window in to close it.  Pricey for what you get.

Now named Executive Inn, check in and out were easy, rooms are reasonably priced and clean.

I've been there the past 2 years occasionally between October and November and look forward to being there in the coming years. The staff is great and the rooms clean. TV has HBO. No pool but everything you need is nearby. Dining, bowling, Dollar stores, Subway, pizza, gas, is almost within walking distance. Coffee & cereal & donuts in the morning. Not Vegas, but pretty good for the thumb!

Easy to get to, nice rooms.

Only place to stay in Cass city.  Doing some work but need a lot more to go with the $70 plus a night
