Airport Motel

As the owners of the Airport Motel we take reviews very seriously. I'm sorry Tom Sutton seems to have had such a terrible experience here, but we assure he is the exception as you can see from all other reviews. Our hot water is excellent, there is a brand new water heater in place since June, we do have well water, but have a water softener working at all times, the wi-fi works great and the password is posted in every room. We have had people stay at the Motel to get their books caught up because they don't have service at their homes, generally farmers. We have been doing extensive remodeling on the building, siding, roof, windows, plumbing, blinds, blown in insulation, paved parking lot, Satellite tv/new tv's, all in 2 years time. Also, when I looked back, I couldn't find when Tom Sutton even stayed at our place, he isn't on my books. So, he may have written that hateful review out of spite for someone else because of no repercussions to himself. We have had 3 bad customers in 2 years, 1 of which I had to call the police on this year. I do all I can for our customers and will continue to do that. We have had awesome people come through here and I enjoy every moment with them.

Worst motel I've ever stayed at. We stay at motel/hotels for work frequently, so believe me when I say this was a terrible experience. The room itself wasn't terrible for a small place like this, but it wasn't great either.It also has an earthy/mothball/ moldy aroma that hits you like a punch in the nostrils when you enter. The shower goes cold after 5 minutes, and there is no pressure whatsoever. It is also unfiltered, untreated, hard as a rock, well water. There was a Wi-Fi password for Wi-Fi that doesn't exist. The people that run this dive also live there. So, the front "office" is also their living room. And they treat you like a casual invader, and not a welcome guest. These people are rude, dismissive, and not at all friendly. I would rather stay at "Bates" motel than here. Would not recommend or revisit under any circumstances.
