Excellent location for a evening walks into the town. Nice hotel stayed here in the summer and really like the staff and how friendly they were. However not the case this time it was very clear no-one wanted to be there during Thanksgiving. With one member of staff complaining to me how he had been here since this morning his Thanksgiving was over when he got home at 5 then he had to clean his house... Really, I do not want to feel guilty for you having to work during a holiday!! The rooms and hotel could do with a good clean, our room was very dirty having only been surfaced cleaned..ground in dirt around bathroom accessories etc. Yuk! This stay has definitely made me look at other choices for our next stay over in Frankenmuth next year.

The rooms were pretty clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, with juice, coffee, pastries, etc. Pool was nice and warm, and there was a hot tub. Staff were mostly helpful, but close breakfast on the dot. Very good location, near the heart of the action. Would recommend the local brewery nearby for dinner or drinking.

Nice clean rooms. Very helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel. Close to downtown with all the shops and overrated chicken dinners. Highly recommend Tiffany's for food and drinks.

We stayed with an infant Fri-Sun in mid August. The room was clean and well maintained, plenty of room to spread out with a baby and all the gear. Great breakfast, nothing too fancy but well presented and filling. The location was outstanding, within walking distance to all the must see attractions. Will definitely book here again!

This place is right in the middle of town. Super convenient! Rooms are very comfortable, spacious for the price, great staff, good breakfast! Definitely would recommend this place!
