The Cove Lakeside Resort

Had wedding ceremony & reception here. All around was a beautiful setting, really convenient the guests could stay at resort. Beach & pool. A little disorganized but I think that was mainly due to switching up management/staff. Terry did a great job handling any difficulties that arouse from that & any concerns. He always got back to us, helpful in answering questions & with planning. The only downside, we got buffet dinner & ran out of some items before we got to table 4 out of the 9 tables.. was somewhat disappointing especially because the food was AMAZING. I wanted seconds but everything was pretty much gone for my second round. 5 Stars for the food alone. Tons of compliments from the guests about the food ! Another meh point - bride & groom get a free night stay only if 10 rooms get booked from their wedding. A lot of places will usually give bride & groom a free night stay for their wedding. Rooms are big, spacious with kitchenette, balcony & living room space. None the less was still beautiful & a great time. Thank you for accommodating us!

Really nice ambiance and would be great once the snow melts. While the food was OK, we thought it could have been better. For a really slow morning, the service was slow, 2 of the 5 menus brought out didn't have breakfast on it, one if the items we ordered was completely mislabeled. It listed off what was included but the server said it is supposed to be "or" options. She said "the wording is confusing", but rereading multiple times, there was no way to interpret it any other way

Excellent service. Lovely room. Beautiful view, nice waterfront walking trails and adjacent heritage park.

I was there for a business after hours event for the west kelowna board of trade. There was lots of professionals there, and the event was in the resteraunt portion. Multiple vendors and lots of options for food and drink. Police and friendly service. Will go back on personal time.

Was here for a corporate retreat, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and rectified, not that there were any that were severe, just minor things. The facilities here are fantastic. Multiple hot tubs, swimming pools, and a marina with various water sport items for rent, you almost don't need to leave. The food that they have is also stellar. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing weekend or host a large function.
