My girlfriend called to book an appointment 3 times during buisness hours, no one picked up. The voicemail message clearly states that the business is open until 5 pm. Someone did call back, and indicated that they were closing for the day. However, she was advised in the message to call back and leave yet another message to confirm the appointment. If no one is available to answer the phones --indicate that in the voicemail. Or switch to online booking. Also, change your business hours if you don't stay open until 5 pm.

Just had my lashes tinted by Erin. Best job ever! They look great. I've done my eye lashes tinted for years by many ladies & this is by far the best. She was super friendly to my 6 yr old too who wanted to tag along. Kudos to Erin.

The energy at this spa is comforting and has the feel of nature. Every room is extremely sound secure which is important to me when I am having any treatment done, because there is nothing worst than outside noises ruining the moment. I've had singular and couples massage here, and they are at a master at both. The place is immaculate as it should be. If you like Aveda products as much as I do then this is the place for you.
