Davis Cove Resort offers 16 cozy cottages that are located in Peachland in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. We are just a few minutes’ walk or drive from the quaint down town Peachland which offers local cafes, wineries, boutiques and nearby golf courses. All of our 16 cottages are available for rent on a weekly or monthly basis throughout the year. Davis Cove is a great gathering place for family vacations, reunions and even weddings. Our property offers a large private sandy beach, a child friendly playground, boat moorage and on site ice and laundry services. Each one of our fully equipped cottages is air conditioned and features your own private sun deck with a BBQ. We offer comparable rates (all rates are quoted in Canadian funds) for in season bookings and large group gatherings. We here at Davis Cove look forward to seeing you on the beach!

I love Davis Cove! It’s perfect for walking and biking along the lake. You can walk to great restaurants. The view is amazing! The condo was very clean and cute. The manager was friendly and accommodating. I want to go back every year
I had the opportunity to stay at one of the lake front cottages at Davis Cove resort in April. It was unseasonably cool this year, but, still nice. We were in the area for a wedding in Kelowna. What a wonderful place with beautiful views. We so enjoyed the walks along the lake, sitting out on the dock, exploring Peachland and area. We met the manager of our cabin. She was so friendly and available. The cottage was very nice, well maintained and perfect for the 4 of us. I highly recommend this resort.
We were three generations, children ages 8 and 11, parents and grandparents. We had a superb time. Cabin 7 was so well equipped and the private beach has ample room for all the guests, lots of outdoor "toys" including floaties, a paddle boat and a raft with a trampoline and slide to swim out to. For sure, we will return. Peachland just might be the sweetest town in the Okanagan—at least we thought so.
We have stayed 4 nights July 4th - 8th and it was one of the best family trip we've had. The view we get was spectacular as we entered the living room. The beach front location made us able to paddle board within a minute or less every day. Friendly staff and knowledgeable management was a surplus. Thank you Wanda, Trevor and all the staff Rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.
Great place to visit as a family during summer. Beautiful location and few steps to beach. The place is little outdated but not bad you can spend your evenings in patio looking at the okanagen lake with great dinner.There is no aircondition in rooms but there is one in the living room. Very quite and relaxing.Rooms: 4/5
Have gone for 3 years now but had to cancel this year : Great location, great people! Pet friendly as well. Owners have renovated some cabins and the facilities in general; very very nice. Highly recommend. Only complaint: We had to cancel our booking this year due to the fires, highway closures, and BC Government recommendations of only going to the interior for essential travel; it’s been 4 weeks and we still haven’t received a refund.

I have been coming for many years. The location is amazing. So close to do many amenities. I love the walks along the lake in the morning. The units are constantly being upgraded. I stay in unit 15. The unit has been fully upgraded. Stainless steel full size appliances. New flooring. Two TV’s with one in the master bedroom. Weber Bbq. New modern patio furniture with great full view of the lake. Also the boat mooring for my Boat was so convenient. Paddle out to the boat and complete access to all sites on lake Okanogan including Peachland, Kelowna, and Penticton.
had a great and amazing experience at Davis Cove Resort! Cabins are very clean and the views of the lake are breathtaking to wakeup and go to bed to. The location is great, it is private enough to enjoy some quiet but close enough to Peachland that you can walk and enjoy a morning coffee or enjoy the restaurants the town has to offer. Big thank you to the staff, they were very kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming back !
My husband and I stayed one week in early August. Unfortunately it was during the bad wildfire season, so there was a ton of smoke. But, of course, that is no fault of the resort. We stayed in the one-bedrooms at the top of the hill, as it was just the two of us. It was quite costly for the week, but it was prime time and it was with a private beach on the lake, which is very rare. Although the cottage was very small, for two it was perfect. Well appointed inside, the kitchen was well supplied and even had extras like tinfoil, parchment paper, saran wrap, sultan pepper, dish soap and tea towels and dish cloths. It also had a coffee maker and a kettle, and for a tea drinker like me that is awesome. A lot don’t have a kettle. It was exceptionally clean, and especially during Covid times, that was much appreciated. There were other thoughtful touches like a basin outside the door with water to wash sandy feet. The deck was well appointed with comfortable chairs and table, as well as a natural gas fed weber barbecue. The beach area had plenty of seating and umbrellas, and it was well we did in the area that we swam in which was nice. We weren’t with kids, but there is a big bouncy floating playground there for them to use, free of charge. Although it was not an ideal week due to the weather and the smoke, the state self was pleasant and it was a great central base for wineries. I would recommend them.
