Very disappointed. Each time I went for laser hair removal it was a different person/ machine/settings. Sometimes I would see great results and other times no results. After 12 treatments, I gave up.

Neos Wellness spa is amazing. All the women are friendly and welcoming. They all do great work so if you are looking to spoil yourself or you know someone who could use some pampering try Neos!

I absolutely adore Kelly and her entire team. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me time and time again. After only a few treatments my skin has seen a dramatic improvement in terms of texture and appearance.

Kelly made me feel extremely welcome at the spa the second I walked in. She conducted a thorough consultation and went over all the important parts before we began the laser hair removal. She was professional and so warm-hearted I just wanted to chat with her. The salon itself was beautiful and comforting to be in. AMAZING all around.

Really disappointed with this spa. I had 14 laser hair removal treatments here with only minimal results. Not only did they not fully cover the areas each time but had the machine set lower or different every time. They said certain areas hurt more so they avoided them?? They would miss many areas each time and I would have to keep reminding them or ask to go over an area again. I was here for results not for a relaxing facial. Waste of money!
