A cute little coffee shop and sandwich shop in the heart of Elburn. First of all, Jake is one of the managers and he's the kind of guy that will look you in the eye and follow through on anything he promises. Great customer service here from Jake, Emily, and all of the staff.  Coffee is awesome, so are the sandwiches and soups.  Nothing to complain about here.  That being said, the space is cozy, so in certain situations you may have trouble finding a table. Never fear, though; you can easily take your food to go too.  Watch out for the elusive Turkey Chive sandwich that's only on special every once in a while.  Delicious, and should be a regular menu item!!!

This has to be one of the best coffee shops in the area!  The smoothies and food are great.  The staff is fast and helpful.  If you give it a try you won’t be disappointed!!

So many good things to say about food and service at The Grind ... one recommendation is to go and order a Darby for breakfast!   You'll love it.  :-)
