Graham's 318 Coffeehouse

Love this place, 2 words. Chocolate fondue. Great place to hang out with friends and drink while while getting your chocolate fix. They have a full coffee menu, pastries, and gelato. Staff is great!

The staff is always upbeat and friendly and the coffee is great! We love to come her for fondue. The chocolate is heavenly! Home made marshmallows are a must try!! Before I had kids this was my go-to knit and chill spot. The atmosphere is very mellow.

Great people. Super friendly staff. But as a barista I can tell they aren’t as particular about quality as they could be for being one of the only third wave coffee shops in the area. They serve metropolis. Which is great coffee! When brewed correctly. They have a mirage on the bar. And some great equipment. Really I think this place would be a lot better quality wise if they got a bar manager that was trained and pushed a new level of excellence to their staff. BUT. It’s a great place to grab a decent cup. That’s not Starbucks. That’s definitely something in these parts.

My favorite coffee place in the area! It is located in an awesome area with tons of walkable things to do! Now on to the coffee, excellent...you will not be disappointed. They have light food offerings as well such as how sandwiches and pastries. The seating is decent inside, and it has a very quaint, local feel to it. It's a very comfortable place to relax. There is also a decent amount of outdoor seating as well if the mood should strike you. They also have a partnership with two brothers, so you can pick up two brothers beans as well as some 318 swag on your way out. A serious must visit!

By far the most welcoming and cozy coffee place I have ever been to. I don't go anywhere else but I want a sweet place to sit down down and just relax. Truly a wonderful place.
