The Co-operators - Solve Insurance Services Inc

The Co-operators have always been quick to assist me with my insurance needs, in particular for my motorcycle. This year, Ravi reviewed my file and felt I should get a bigger discount on my insurance than what had been accorded me, given I'd moved from out of province six years ago, but had never had an insurance claim. Not only did he save me several hundred dollars on my insurance for this year, I received a cheque in the mail for another several hundred refund from last year's insurance payment. I really appreciate Ravi and the Co-operators team always going the extra mile!

First the guy didnt believe my purchase value on a trailer. Now today the older lady is a taddle tail too. Do not go to this place. They dont help the customers, a bunch of rats

If i could give a lower rating i would. They are rude, condescending and not helpful at all. I live a block away but will drive across town to never have to deal with them ever again.

It's 11:45 and I've been standing in a lineup outside for a while. Google says it's open 9-4. Signs all over the store say they are suppose to be open? No signs saying gone to lunch.. Not sure why it's not open but very inconvenient to drive all the way here when it clearly says it should be open.
