I can never get anyone to call me back. Have gotten the run around from this company for almost 1 year. They pass the buck everytime. Will be look for a new company when it time to renew. May this feed back might get me a phone call back but I'm not holding my breath.
Im tired of not being able to get a hold of anyone and no call bakc. I need to make some changes to my polkicy and wth.I may just cancel and change insurance companies.
Best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I normally do not call for an emergency situation but I needed something done ASAP for our business, Elvis went out of his way to call me personally to help me deal with the situation and within 1 hour I had everything I needed. There is not enough i could say about these amazing professional people! I have never been disappointed with there service. We have 2 businesses 3 cars and a house insured with them and they make us feel like family every time we call. It's such a personal experience with them they have always made me feel comfortable to even simply call for advice. Thank you guys for your hard work!
I use Elvis and his staff for both home and business insurance. They handled the flood claim for one of our company vans seamlessly. They also process insurance certificates for our business customers very quickly and accurately. Their office is always a pleasure to work with! Plus, their rates are fantastic!
