Really disappointed with my experience. I cancelled my auto insurance half way into the policy - Called to cancel which they did. Now I get a bill for an additional payment of $350 - Common sense or a decent agent would tell you about the charge when cancelling as opposed to have the customer hit with this bill. If they would have told me that, I would not have cancelled the policy and would have let it run out. I cancelled my property insurance through another company and they went over all the details on how much the cancellation would cost me - Be very aware of doing business with them unless you can think of every question to ask (as opposed to relaying on them to assist you).

We are extremely happy with this brokerage. In particular Brittany King offers organized and efficient service and she is easy to recommend to our tenants for Tenant Insurance.

I've been with Cindy and her team for over 20 years for all of my insurance needs. In this time, they have consistently been responsive, helpful and willing to go above and beyond whenever needed. Recently Cindy came through again by helping me deal with a complicated claim. Highly recommended!
