Is this place under new ownership? I ordered 30+ cup cakes for a toddlers birthday a week in advance in 2013. They were great! But this year... I placed the same order for the same event with the same lead time in 2014. I called back the morning of the party to make sure everything was still on schedule and was told they were running behind by an hour. I said it was ok. I always factor in an hour for the unexpected. Long story short. The toddlers, who enjoy everything dessert especially cupcakes, didn't like them. I tried the cupcakes along with a few other adults. Overall opinion Sawdust with a mild flavor of what-the-hell-is-this-in my-mouth followed with never again. I assumed something went wrong because of the good experience the previous year. I called the store to speak with a manager / owner and was very polite about it. No call back after multiple attempts. I wasn't looking for money or a discount, just an explanation or apology for our experience. And, reassurance that it would never happen again and we should give them another shot. You know, business 101. 3 months later, 3-4 messages left. Still no answer. Which is fine.

Cupcakes are delicious. We tried both regular and gluten-free ones. They are both good.

Have been a regular customer for years, my son loves the mango cupcake. Have tried various flavoured cupcakes and never disappointed. Gracias!
