Sahand Bakery & Kebob House

As a Persian seeking the true taste of all kabobs in the past 30 years in Vancouver I am so thrilled to have found Sahand!! This place is not known as ‘make you feel good’, ‘plush’, ‘all around smiles kind of place’ - rather a group of dedicated, hardworking, consistent, integrity-driven people who are committed to provide the best quality fast food at the price you pay (keep price in perspective - obviously if you seek the best cut and quality you pay a different ticket). To all review writers who only reflect on what seems to be the negatives, get the priorities right! This place is the best fast food place in BC for Kabob for the price you pay!! I recommend take-out only.

I come here often. I like the food and the bread combo (#1 on the menu). I usually order them for take outs. I think the place is a little bit cramped for eat-in, tho I have had eat-ins in the past when the place is not too busy. I find the kebabs, tho tasty, is on the salty side.

The food is delicious, but they’re not clean. I’m pretty sure they reuse plastic forks and spoons. Take out is a better option apparently!

Delicious Persian cuisine, specially Kebobs which comes with "Sangak" bread, warm from the oven in a traditional style. Very simple and totally cosmetic free place. Love it!
