I went to Cleator Clinic to see Dr.Karan Grewal And he told me that I have three hemorrhoids and got banding 3 times. but unfortunately nothing changed even after the fourth visit, the haemorrhoid still there, I asked him why After 4 times and you never resolved the problem and surprisingly the doctor is so impatient that he never even waits to answer my questions. He has never spend a little more time with patient, always rush to see the next one. Fortunately I met a good doctor and he told me that unfortunately my hemorrhoids are still there, I’m wondering what the Cleator Clinic doctor did to me all this last four visits? Maybe nothing at all. Just making money by wasting my time?!! Not happy with their treatment. as soon as you walk-in they will tell you, you have hemorrhoid so they can get you in at least 4 more session so they can charge the government. it is just about money not your health. I left there feeling like it was a waste of time and that it was my worst experience with a doctor and worst clinic I have been to!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!

This clinic has been amazing. The lady at the front brown hair and glasses is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Polyakov has wonderful bedside manner. He constantly checked in on me and reassured me. The staff made me feel safe and comfortable and I'm super grateful!

Front staff where delightful. Before I was seen I could hear the doctor arguing in another exam room with a patient who was trying to explain what was going on them The doctor was cold, didn't listen or let me elaborate on what was happening, he was rushed and ended up hurting me. He didn't explain anything he was going to do or what he found. Nore did he prepare me for the physical exam and just did it no warning, and ignored me when I said there was pain. He gave a quick sorry before hurriedly leaving the room. I left there feeling like it was a waste of time and that it was my worst experience with a doctor.

My walk in clinic doctor referred me to cleator clinic. I'm glad he did. The team at the Cleator Clinic is very professional. Doctor is very punctual. I have never waited more than 10 minutes when I had an appointment. After the first appointment and exam, he told me that I got hemorrhoid and anal fissure. As you may guess, he has to do a manual check "down there", inside and outside and It's not the best feeling but it's not that bad either. Just relax and breath deeply. He puts on a bandage on one of your hemorrhoid at each visit. Each bandage placement takes around 30-45 seconds. You will probably need to go visit the doctor 3-4 times. Good thing is you can go back to your daily life right after the appointments. If you got hemorrhoid or any problem down there, don't wait around and let it get worse day after day. Getting the right treatment is easier than you think! Edit: after using the Nitro cream I was prescribed regularly, I have seen big improvements with my fissure. One important recommendation: DRINK lots of water, consume fiber, and don't get lazy with using the cream. You need to be constipation-free to be able to get rid of the fissure. And it'll helpful for your hemorrhoid too! Good luck!!

Saw Dr Mangat. He did a banding treatment without my knowledge or consent. I didn't even know I had a hemorrhoid, and he never explained why it was necessary to treat it as that was not the reason I got the referral to the clinic. He demonstrated zero empathy. I've never felt so violated by a doctor in my life.

I saw Dr. Mangat Rajeeve at the Cleator clinic on Broadway in the summer of 2019. It was not a pleasant experience. The clinic and Dr. seems more worried about the number of patients rather than the quality of care as he rushes through as many possible in a day. After multiple way more visits than originally told I ended up leaving with more of an issue than I arrived with. Would not recommend. The Dr. has the worst bed side manner and didn't even explain the risks associated with the treatments he was providing. Would not recommend

Procedure was performed without my consent a few years ago. This was extremely triggering for me and i felt violated. I had to apply medication three times daily for 2 weeks, and was in pain. I had only gone in for an examination.

Dr Singh is the best. I went in scared, came back out feeling great. He is calm, empathetic and professional to me at all times. The entire session was simple, fast and very painless. Just a bit of discomfort but otherwise the experience was excellent !

It was a few years ago. Nasty Dr. Till today I'M still not well Thanks to him and what he said. I'm a big lady ,I was told to put cream in the rear, but I can't reach to in. The nasty Dr said .If I can't get in to the rear,. I shouldn't get any in the front. What kind of professional Dr would say something like that to their patient. Oh my God, I was so sad. I feel so uncomfortable. He is a professional ,Oh my . Till today I 'm still not well. I would rather bleed to death than ever go back to him for help. He is not nice at all. That's not all . The nurse , she scheduled me on their vacation. I had to take time off of work. Drive all the way from Coquitlam. Waited at the door, until a lady came to pick up mail. Than she told me they are on vacation . What happens to caring about people. The Dr was nasty the nurse was mean. I went home to cry. What kind of professional medical help do we have? Till this day I 'm' still not well. I don't want any heartless "PROFESSIONALS". Very very sad to said. Is there no more good people around

Some doctors ok, some... So. Just an advice. Keep in mind that in Canada you can not really complain about doctors, especially private ones... So if these "doctors" really messed up - you can do nothing. The only way to deal with them later - sue them. Now for some advice about this particular clinic: Language in their "consent" form is VERY vague. They can interpret it as: you agreed for everything, demanded all possible services and agreed for consequences. Don't be shy - cross out everything that you do not want to do especially that starts with "may". Put large NA everywhere that is not applicable to you. Try to put a comment what kind of services you actually expect. And hope that their services are not going to be messed up...
