I went to room 106 for HSG inspection. I was very nervous because it was my first visit. But the reception staff was very kind. The X-ray staff also explained very kindly and in detail, and when I said I was not good at English, they explained it slowly and easily. Thanks to this, I didn't get nervous and got a good test.:
Me and my partner had been searching in the lower mainland for a doctor for 4 + years after being bounced around from walk in clinic to walk in clinic. We saw online that Laurel was taking patients. We applied for one doc, and were contacted within weeks to let us know that doctor was full. But another was taking patients. We were booked for our first round of tests for our health concerns the following week. Dr Kiani was very attentive to our needs and acted with concern and professionalism.
Worst experience ever. Visited 215 and ask for help with red skin and feels itchy on my forehead. The doctor said, "How could I know? You won't be died because of this little skin problem." WTH???? I will definitely do not recommend this place.
Dr Hou interrogates you when accepting patients. He's extremely rude and always cut me off when answering private questions. When I went for this so called "interview", I waited for an hour and he triple booked my timeslot. The reception laughed at me when I asked for an ETA and ignored me. This place is some kind of mad joke come here if you want to be disrespected and waste your time.
Rudest experience ever with a doctor. My aunt was going in for scary lumps found on her breast and underarms and wanted to also tell the doctor about problems she was having with her sleep. Dr.Mathias was super grumpy, rude and careless with her reply. She shushed my aunt and told her “I don’t care about whatever your problem is with your sleep. Come back next week to ask about your sleep”. There were other replies and comments that Dr.Mathias said that bothered us. The fact that she was so insensitive to someone who is going through so much bothered me so much. This doctor would be the definition of a “Karen”.
My partner's mom had an appointment at this office at 1030am. She checked in at 10:20 and I got there a little later. The receptionist was extremely rude to us. He's a white gentleman who seems to be annoyed with us when we followed up on the wait time. We were in the waiting area for over an hour. I feel like the staff here are properly trained and they seem to hate their job.
Worst location I have ever been to, if you need find where you need to go in the medical Center, good luck because people will NOT help you. I will never be coming back here just off of how rude and unhelpful everyone was here, when I was in the wrong place and just needed guidance.. the ridiculing and shoving off is exactly what is not needed during this pandemic time, so I just want to thank all doctors and nurses for being completely full of it. Kindness goes a long way, and they could care less.
Dr. Arato is incredibly thorough, thoughtful and kind in her practice. I’ve never met a doctor with such amazingly bedside manner. She is an incredibly inspiring person and so, so professional!
Dr. Hou interviews to accept patients. I dont know if he didn't think I was valuable or what but when I mentioned my problems he said to try somewhere else. Felt more like a bad job interview than making an appointment.
I needed HSG test and was calling on 1st day of my cycle their phone didn't answer 2nd day I went to room 106 they told me their phone number is different from Laurel Medical and told me I was late. I was waiting for my cycle and had to travel with the result.
