Dr. Chong delivered our baby a couple of weeks ago. I could not have asked for a better doctor. Yes, some of the comments around the office being busy and feeling rushed is true, but that is mainly because he is too popular. Nevertheless, Dr. Chong and the staff have a ton of experience and they know what they are doing. What is most important is when the actual delivery happens, where you will experience his true expertise and care.

I am expecting and now i have only about 3 more weeks to go. Every time I visit the office, Dr.Chong and the staff were very nice and he is very professional. I also heard a lot of good things about his practice during the delivery from my friends who recently gave birth ahead of me. I really appreciate everyone from this office and look forward to my next visit which is on Wednesday.

He is simply the best doctor I've ever had, I had version procedure done by him, it took 3 min, and it was so smooth that I did not feel anything. He was known as THE BEST doctor amongst nurses and staffs at the hospital. I delivered a healthy baby and he was so warm and comforting and his tremendous experience shined at the delivery.

Dr. Chong just delivered my first baby and I have to say that he’s amazing. I found him through my insurance and didn’t know much about his reputation. When I went to Hackensack hospital for my C-section, every single person during my stay raved about him. They told me that everyone at the hospital uses him for their delivery and even called him The Godfather or Fort Lee.

He & his staff is so amazing . I've been with him for a year he delivered my baby & the procedure was amazing i wasn't in pain after he's very calm & patient . I couldn't have asked for a better doctor with my 1st experience giving birth.

Dr. Chong delivered 2 of my children. I have had nothing less of a great experience with him and his staff. They are very knowledgeable, very kind and cherry. He is very passionate about his practice and his patients. My mom delivered my first baby but then passed. Having my 2nd without her made me sad, nervous and discouraged. Finding Dr Chong made the whole process of preganacy and delivery experience so much less stressful. I felt encouraged, in control and we'll informed. He celebrated as if it was his own child each time I delivered. I wish he was younger so that he could have been the OB for my daughters. As per people saying they discriminate I don't see it. At the time of my visits I was the only black person I noticed and none Korean and Everytime I was treated with respect and warmly welcomed. I even got a Jade plant and my hubby enjoyed their Kaluha coffee which they shared when he inquired about the aroma.

So much annoying desk staffs. They look so unprofessional and the way they work is so old. Long story short, They declined prenatal vitamin suggestions covered under my insurance which was sent by CVS and told me to find what is covered under my insurance with CVS and let them know. Do they know what they’re doing? :

Great front desk staffs, but a traditional /conservative and not so modern doctor here. He has delivered numerous healthy babies to Korean women, and has very high reputation in the Korean community. However as a modern young lady like myself... actually found some of our conversations quite conflicting to my personal views. I guess it’s the generation/cultural difference, but was not a pleasant experience. I went to see him because he speaks fluent Korean and was recommended by a friend, but he’s actually far behind from modern korean doctors in Korea in many ways including the bedside manner, machines, furnitures, communications, etc.

Dr.Chong is amazing I’ve only been with him for a couple of months & was afraid of changing my OB but , i made the BEST decision ! He also delivered my new born last week which went GREAT as well . He’s a very calm & patient man who knows what he’s doing !

I just want to say that he is the best doctor!He delivered my daughter and I am so happy that I choose him as my OBGYN. I worked so many years in different medical facilities and I know how difficult to stay calm, professional and do the great job despite the stress, emergency situations and difficult patients. I hope I will deal with Dr Chong again. Y.E
