I found reception and Dr. Kennedy very pleasant. He was excellent with my 3yr old. Waited about 50mins for an 11am appt and 1+ year referral wait unfortunately, that was the only downfall other than location/construction right at Oak and W Broadway, which is out of their control. Would recommend!

Unfortunately the staff are owful, rude ,zero accuracy, zero communication, never answer the phone, no answering machine, we are in 2022, and the office technology is 30_ 40 years behind, even not a simple answering machine! No message reminder, no email reminder, no phone reminder, no reminders, notifications in any forms,... Communication is not possible, a very very big obstacle! We are living in North Vancouver ,should pick up kids from school, going such a far place, paying parking, and then they don't accept my son, saying he doesn't have any appointments ! That is owful, spending time, energy, effort , just for nothing. And that's not the first time!!! Also my other son had his 3rd eyes surgery with Dr Kennedy, last February 2021, but very unfortunate. This surgery was a complete failure, he was worst after surgery . We like the way he communicate with my boys, describing the circumstances, but nothing else.

My daughter has autism and we had been worried a lot for every of her appointments, no matter what that is. Dr. Kennedy is really amazing, very professional, patient and really awesome in working with kids with special needs. The only thing that I might complain a little bit is the long waiting time - we were told to be there 15 minutes early, but actually waited for 1 hour and half. Other than that, everything is perfect.

HE IS THE BEST EVER!!! He takes his time explaining your condition and the remedy for it. great bed side manners and very thorough. I highly recommend him if you have a lazy ey ee need eye surgery. i have the utmost confidence he will come through better than expected. i had a paralyzed optic nerve that gave me double vision and wonky eyes. he fixed it. recovery time was also quick. there was some pain immediately after surgery but the next day i was fine. thank you so much Dr. Kennedy. you're the greatest

My strabismus surgery was amazing! The results were perfect. My stitches took a little longer than I thought they would but discomfort was minimal and soooo worth it. Dr. Kennedy and his staff are compationate and so supportive. I would not hesitate at all to recommend having stranismus surgery with these professionals.

In approximately 1993 I had strabismus surgery, and follow-up vision care until 2001. Dr Kennedy is an incredible physician, and takes great care in patient comfort and education.

Nothing like a two hour wait for a booked appointment with a doctor who a never washed his hands, b never introduced himself and c got up and left before any questions could be asked.. if you can, pick another doctor.

We went in for a 2.15 appointment and the lady on front desk just told us it would be 2 hours wait. Just makes no sense why book an appointment then
