We had been here before for ice cream several times and I've had the subs as well. Everything is good here! We enjoy coming here when we want ice cream instead of custard and there are lots of flavors to choose from. It's all hand-scooped and you can get various cones and dishes. This time I got Midnight Munchies which is a great option if your sweet tooth needs a fix. The employee who served us was very kind and welcoming. She let my kids try a couple samples before they decided what kind to get. I feel the prices for everything are reasonable for what you get and it tastes delicious too! My kids asked when we can go back!

Lunch at the The Chocolate Factory - Delafield today.  I highly recommend the roast beef croissant.  The chocolate shake was pretty great too!Food: 5/5

Adorable ice cream shop.   Order as much or as little as you like,  you pay by weight.   Definitely give it a try.

They make a delicious Italian sub on fresh-baked bread. Woman working the counter was very friendly. Brownie was a little dry though.Food: 4/5

The staff is so friendly!  We love the Phoenix sub on the warm and toasty sub roll.  Certainly can not leave without a fantastic dish of ice cream!  Which flavor to choose is my biggest complaint because they are all so good!  Vegetarian options: All sandwhiches are made to order.  Kid-friendliness: How can a place named &quot;The Chocolate Factory&quot; be anything but kid friendly?  Parking: Parking is just outside the door.  Dietary restrictions: 2 of my grandchildren have multiple food allergies.  I have never had a problem with staff using a clean scoop for their ice creams.

I love hitting up the Chocolate Factory! The team is warm & friendly.  I always suggest the Phoenix sub and the Dark Side of the Moon shake!

Haven't even tried the ice cream here but I can tell you the subs are absolutely bomb. The Phoenix is my favorite, absolutely phenomenal. I remember having ice cream at the Pewaukee location when I was a kid and loving it, so I'm sure it's just as good here. Oh, and if you like chili, definitely give theirs a try

Then you over charged me. Should have only been 5 something but was over 7 dollars so I'm not happy at all. Don't like being decived. I work hard for my money as I'm sure you do too. If it's .60 cents an oz and it's posted as such then you should follow that as well.  I like that they have dairy free and gluten free options. But when I asked how much the ice-cream is they had no idea. I think that's odd. It says .60 cents an oz in the front but upon further notice it's not the .60 oz it's more I feel decived and I work in customer service and I have to have my prices shown why don't they. I feel lied to.

I love their rich chocolate ice cream type I forgot the exact name.Food: 5/5

One of the best subs I have ever had. Just the right size in my opinion. Basic chips for sides. But you have to stay for the ice cream. And if you like dark chocolate you must get the dark hot fudge. It really makes for the best sundae you may ever experience.  Can't wait to go back.
