I took a few photos of how absolutely disgusting their dining areas were. Never have i ever seen a more disgusting environment to eat. Sorry to be rude. But that was absolutely terrible. No tables were wiped. Seats were covered in crumbs and dried food. The tables were so close together you could hardly walk thru them. The floor was caked in food under tables and walk ways. Trash all over. The lemonades we paid for were all empty and just got soda because they said it would be a wait. Our chicken was under cooked, pink and rubbery. The bread was ok/hard. The cookie was rock hard and past expiration date on it. We took it back up the new was still was hard and kinda unpleasant. my daughter mac n cheese was extremely hot and cold and not heated well and she didn't finish it. My receipt said a bread side, we got chips. Didnt mind either way for the side choice. They set our samiches on oyr napkins so they were full of the dressing sauce that dripped. I mean overall it was terrible in almost every way. Thanksfully the other paneras i know have been better so im not completely grossed out by the company. But I will not be back to this location. We were customer #34 not long after opening for the day. I hope this gets taken care of. My favorite part was seeing over 5 people sitting in the front by the doors talking at the table. While a couple of workers were behind the counter. As well as the girl that went to wipe a table behind us almost just dangle dusted 1 small table off and walked back to the back when almost every table was filthy.
Stopped in at this Panera location after exiting the Interstate with the intention of going to a different coffee shop. The food options were good, the coffee was good, and we took advantage of their “buy a gift card and get more money to spend later” promotion. Win all the way around!
Definitely went downhill! Thick slabs of bread that tastes like wonder hot dog buns. The soup was cold and the sandwiches were all bread. It was disgusting. Also, all the tables were dirty and booths had ripped seating with stuffing showing. I cannot believe how it’s changed!
Had a great value. Only thing moving it down a star was requesting something without onions and they added the onions anyway, but such is life. The rest of the food was great.Food: 4/5
Customer service was great today I previously had an issue with one of my sandwiches but I gave them another shot they were very accurate with my order and I will definitely be back 10/10 experience
I ordered a cream of chicken and got cream of water, they forgot half my order and gave me an unsliced bagel with no cream cheese, $47 dollars for mediocre food that they can’t even get right, what kind of incompetent people can’t prepare soup that comes in a container.
Employees were wonderful. There were 5 total working, 3 owners/managers sitting at a table in meeting. The juice fountain area was a disaster, I mean sticky floor, counter, garbage spots. I went to let someone know, and the guy says..yes, that happen hours ago and we have know one to clean it up. What about the bosses sitting there!?! I saw him then go over to tell the lady in a black and white top who was one of those sitting and she looked at me and there it stayed. Wish I was the state.
No matter what time of day it is, you're going to wait 15 minutes for your order to be completed. They are just plain slow.Food: 3/5
Bread is too hard and not my style. Prefer softer bread. Always trying to get a clean table.$36 for 2 people with a drink is quite $$.
I found the price to be quite high for what I got. The chicken sandwich was a disappointment and looked nothing like the ad on TV. Don't think I'll be going back.Food: 2/5
