Easy to order, delivery was on time, employees i spoke with at location were so kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone as a good gift for friends or family. Easy virtual gift card! I just sent two. Cookies are also huge and beautiful and so moist and soft even with delivery i couldn’t believe it. Im no obsessed and i usually don’t even like sweets. Picture doesn’t do it justice! They’re huge!
This was are first time as we live 2hrs 30 mins away. We had gone to deladield for family time.Was totally different than I thought. I have a child who doesn't like sweets. He loved these cookies! They were bigger than we expected and melted in our mouth. It was like heaven in our mouths. Well worth the money.
My husband loves the cookies. Fast friendly service as this location. This is a great spot. Easy in and out to get what you need. 4/5 only because I’ve requested so many times to the company and this location that they trial a vegan cookie. WI has a lot of vegans and even one cookie option would be a great success and honestly, it would bring us to your location weekly if not more often… I don’t bake and this is close to home for a quick treat. We visit less and go to places where I can get a vegan item and my husband can get a non vegan item. Just a suggestion.
The team, service, smiles, willingness to please the customer, everything was top notch at this location! From the late evening crew, to the day-team including Chrissy, everyone was over the top helpful. It is noticeable that the team truly enjoys being there or they fake it well ;- In an era of difficulty finding team members that care and want to serve well, you guys have done very well! We chose to pick up from this location because it gets better reviews than the Brookfield store and I see why. We will definitely return for more goodies. You all rock!
Good cookies, but personally, I think a little overrated for the price. I do like how they change the flavors every week.
Love the cookies! My mom, sister and brother in law never had one. Picked up a dozen and took them to them, and they loved them too. Little pricey but well worth it as a treat!
The cookies are very good a little too sugary but the price went up between 25 and 30 percent recently. Usually get a four pack for the grandkids but at this price it will be few and far between. They haven’t been open that long for that large an increase. Really disappointed
