Always love this place. Even with it being Saturday night & quite busy me & my 3 kids had great service. I don't remember our waitress's name but she took good care of us. Food was excellent. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu

I love going to Cheesecake factory! Food is always great with different selections that offer gluten free and vegan options. They even have gluten free cheesecakes too. The place is always clean and you'll enjoy the ambiance inside this restaurant. Our server was so nice and friendly.I had the Renee's lunch specials. It was soup, salad and sandwich at a reasonable price. I enjoyed it a lot. Of course, cheesecakes are the most amazing with all the different flavors you can choose from. If you can't decide where to eat. Just go here and you won't regret it.

Visited The Cheesecake Factory in downtown Seattle right before seeing a movie across the street at Regal. Our server James did a great job getting us out on time to see the movie, and food done quickly!! Whenever we go it's usually an hour or so wait... so we always end up sitting in the bar. My shrimp soft tacos were pretty good, but the shrimp wasn't the freshest. You could tell it was the small frozen kind of shrimp. The sweet potato fries and chicken pot stickers were amazing though, and my boyfriend liked his steak although wishes it had more meat in the dish, it was a little small. Overall we like Cheesecake Factory whenever we want to grab a bite before seeing a movie across the street. It's pretty quick and reliable, friendly staff and convenient location. Need to actually get a cheesesteak next time and sneak it into the movie!!

The food was excellent at this location better than Tacoma Mall location! Very busy, we sat in the bar area instead of waiting in line to be seated. The service was great! We ordered appetizers - Southern Fried Chicken Sliders, Stuffed Mushrooms, and the ABSOLUTELY BEST Warm Crab & Artichoke Dip EVER!!! Nothing was left on our plates…TASTY! We also ordered the Original & Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. Both DELICIOUS!!! My 4-star rating is because they were out of my 1st appetizer choice Fried Calamari AND my 1st cheesecake choice Low-Licious Cheesecake.

Fantastic Experience! Especially drove from Vancouver as had been missing out on their amazing dine in experience since the pandemic began! Definitely worth the drive !

Service was really good. We did go at peak time so the waiting time was over an hour. It also took 45 mins to get our bread after we ordered, followed fairly quickly by our food. We had ordered the chicken samosas for the appetizer, which never came. Once the food arrived, I inquired about the samosas and was told they were out today… I had the grilled steak medallions which are always really good. Bread of course was really good as well. Wine took a minute to arrive as well. Luckily we had time to wait. The chicken Marsala wasn’t very Marsala. Good flavor but didn’t taste quite like it.

This place is constantly delicious to me. I recently got some food to go and they packaged my food so it wouldn't be soggy, by putting my lemon sauce in a separate container. My chicken was still crispy until I poured the sauce on myself. Bread was warm and they gave me plenty of butter. They don't skip the little details even with to go orders. Service was great. I'll go back again and again whenever I'm in a town that has one of these.

First of all, the Cheesecake Factory is open! One of the few remaining restaurants in the downtown core. Second, the menu has a lot of great options and many of them are healthy. I used to think that this was only a place for a gluttony, but they have a new SkinnyLicious menu. The food is great and my server, Kelly C, was fun and entertaining. I had the chicken salad sandwich with the Mexican Chicken Vegetable soup. The sandwich was huge and the soup had exactly the right amount of spice to provide a slight zing. For dessert, i enjoyed the strawberry shortcake served with vanilla ice cream. There was a cup full of fresh strawberries on the plate. Lunch today was a perfect escape from the stress and chaos of the world. Please think about supporting our restaurant workers.

It was so close to our hotel we had no choice but to visit twice during our quick time here in Seattle one take out, one dine-in. The takeout was literally less than 10 minutes so koodos to that.
