Simply Soulful is delighted to offer our signature handmade Sweet Potato Pies and Tarts!!! Just one taste and you are sure to be hooked! We believe in using the best and freshest organic ingredients in our pies, to ensure that our pies are consistently delicious. We cook our pies in small batches to maintain quality and taste.
The flavor of our Sweet Potato Pies will not leave you feeling that they are a seasonal dessert.The dessert has been eaten year round - especially during holiday banquets, birthday and office parties, baby showeres and reunions. We are from Kansas City visiting friends for the weekend and had a taste for some soul food. We did a google search and bam Simply Soulful popped up. When I say it was delicious yes, it was great. Our waiter thanks boo for cutting me some lemons for my tea.

Went to Simply Soulful last night for the first time. I absolutely loved the catfish , red beans and rice, and the banana cream pie! I definitely will be back!

This place has amazing service and food. Seriously have the best biscuits and gravy I’ve  ever had. Al of the spices like their rosemary taste so fresh. The shrimp and grits are to die for.

Had been desperately missing moms home cooking; best, most satisfying Sunday dinner I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely be coming back

Love their creamy grits, hearty mac & cheese, crispy chicken, and sweet yam pies! I can always count on solid, wholesome southern food here.
