Always a great experience here! Everyone is friendly, and they were very accommodating to my friend and I when we wanted a booth, though they were a bit full.nnFood comes quick when it can, and they frequently check on you, but not overbearingly so. Great about FOOD ALLERGIES! I have an anaphylactic peanut allergy and have never had a problem here when I tell them.nnLove it!
I recently went to the Cheesecake Factory with my best friend in Columbus and had amazing food. The steak tacos. I told my boyfriend about it and when we went shopping at Crocker Park we decided to try this one. It was good but not as good as Columbus, Easton location. My tacos came out plain but the runner realized I was not happy and asked me “did you want everything on them?” I then responded yes and he swiftly took it back and brought it out how it was in Columbus. They were good but I don’t understand why they came out plain at first. Nothing like seeing your food you’re hungry for and then it getting taken away. lol. My boyfriend got a burger which was good but not worth the price and my son’s spaghetti off the kids menu had no flavor with over cooked noodles. I was so thankful I didn’t order the spaghetti too which I had contemplated. Overall it was ok. We waited an hour for a table and I had felt bad I raved about it after dinner was over.
I am most pleased with my experience at the Cheesecake Factory. It was a grand time, albeit had a rocky start. The food and service were astounding, except for when we were in the seating process. Me and my party were requested to follow our waiter to our table, except we had to stand by it whilst another employee set the silverware for the table, and even with the extra time spared for this inconvenience, they still managed to forget to set out my silverware. I honestly could have done without the utensils though, as they were stained and covered with various unknown marks, as well as my knife which had a fingerprint impressed upon the base of the blade. The salt shaker, which I was going to use for my fries, was dented and the cap was nearly unscrewed completely. But I was lucky enough to observe this before any trouble occurred. Other than these poor circumstances, the food was most delectable and service was superb. I would highly recommend an evening here to douse you and the rest of your party’s famine.
I really want to like this place, but every time I go, no matter the location, everything is mediocre. Occasionally, the food has been good, but nothing is spectacular. In my opinion their prices are excessive for the quality you get. You can be judgmental and say I'm being cheap that's not the case. I just really expect more.
