BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Been here a few times and I always leave severely underwhelmed. The food is okay but not worth the expensive prices. The service is terribly slow even on slow days/nights, and almost every visit they've delivered my hot food cold. The waiters I've had have ZERO patience with customers and brush off your requests like they don't care (simple things like some paper napkins or a side of ranch). I've heard great things about other locations (Columbus & Cincinnati) so I wanted to give them a try... but this North Olmsted location is definitely not up to par. I won't be back.

Great beer selection. Huge menu (overwhelming. Rivals cheesecake factory). Awesome bartenders. Floors are slippery as hell. Be careful.

I never even got to try the food here, but I will never go back to try. We were told 30-40 minutes for a table. 50 minutes later we were told that we were getting bumped by reservations and they couldn't tell us when we could get a table. Two hours later I received a text that we could be seated. I believe that if you take reservations, then your system should be able to generate a more honest and accurate time for those who walk in.

My waiter was nice. He was busy so I understood the long wait. It didn’t bother me. However, what bothered me was the food runner who brought me cold food after 45 of being at the restaurant. At first I wasn’t going to send it back, because I didn’t wanna wait any longer for my food, but then I️ opened my burger and noticed pieces of plastic glove inside. When I politely told the food runner this, she rolls her eyes and says “it’s only there because I used gloves to check to see if there were onions on your burger, but whatever, I’ll throw it away. “ and then marches off. First off, I understand it’s not the ideal place to spend a Friday night, but have some respect. Second, you should apologize to the customer when something like that happens.

We went there on a Saturday night around 9. We sat there for 25 min before someone came to take our drink order and 75% of the restaurant was empty. Then ordered appetizers and it took 45 min to get it and it was cold. They did remake our appetizer and took it off of the check. Service is horrible and the food is very over priced. The food is average, the menu has way too many selections, but the decor in nice. I mean this isn't located in a "trendy" neighborhood or downtown where i would expect higher prices. There is a New Orleans style restaurant in a trendy neighborhood that has cheaper prices than this place. Bottom line overpriced and bad service.
