The service was great. The waiter was very attentive and accommodating.  The food was good and there was a very wide variety to satisfy everyone in our party. The cheesecake was the BEST. There are so many options you can't go wrong. The lighting was a little dim for my reading pleasure even my 11 yr old had difficulties reading the menu.  The bathrooms needed attention. The waiting area was over crowded which made it hard for people entering and leaving the restaurant especially if you used a wheelchair or a walker.  They need to work on their pager/seating procedures (Not the best work flow).

Food was good as usual.  Kids burgers were so so.  Excited to try celebration cake (take home).  Attentive service.  Low lighting is nice it just seems like it is one notch too low.   Great atmosphere and menu options are good and lengthy.  Seems like a place for everyone .

If you want the best experience from this location ask to be seated in the section Charles is working in. He was undoubtedly the BEST waiter we have ever encountered at ANY establishment.  Management should take note of this exceptional employee. Not only was he friendly, polite, and personable he made suggestions to help us have a better dining experience. He will be the reason we come back.

I really enjoyed my time here! I went here with my family on a Saturday evening. It was crowded but we got a table in 10 minutes. Once we were seated, our table host took our order which consisted of Fried Zucchini, Stuffed Mushrooms, Crispy Fried Cheese, Vegetarian Tomato Basil Pasta, Veggie Burger, Vegan Cobb Salad and a Strawberry Creamy Milkshake. I didn't mind ordering the Stuffed Mushrooms and Crispy Fried Cheese even though I've had them before. I must say that all the dishes that we ordered were so good! I totally loved the strawberry milkshake. I'm glad that they were able to turn our pasta order into a vegetarian one. I really appreciate that! Also, we ordered the Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake to go and it was absolutely delicious. Our table host did a really good job. This was my second visit a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and I'm so happy about it. Thank you so much Cheesecake Factory Team. I would definitely visit other locations of The Cheesecake Factory restaurant chain.

Delicious food and cheesecake as always. Never have a dull time here. Server is prompt to make sure drinks are filled and your satisfied. Would go back again.
