Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

I ordered a medium rare steak with butter and herb topping. I received a well done dry steak with no topping. The waitress was very polite and funny. She was not very attentive. We asked for more ranch dressing and by the time she finally brought it the salad was almost done. My burnt steak wood have almost been done also, but on top of incorrectly cooking the steak, I wasn’t given a knife to cut it with. Never had an experience like this before. This is probably the worst Applebee’s in Cleveland,

The first time I ever went to this Applebee’s wasn’t a good experience but I decided to give it another chance biggest regret our table was not dry our waitress was the bar tender took 10 minutes for drinks took 30-40 minutes for a refill and the drinks were warm. It took 40 minutes for our order to get corrected still try to charge me for food I sent back and didn’t like the food is bland the person who gave us the food was more helpful then the waitress the manager is not professional and was worried about a table his worker was at overall this Applebee’s doesn’t have good customer service workers act careless not organized and be prepare to wait a long time for room temperature bland food and drinks I will not be coming back

I've never noticed it before but I think this is a hood restaurant- nothing but black people, including the servers... Don't know how I feel about that... Am I here with a gang of snooty booties who think they're to good for the hood or am I among my own; the bold and beauty Hood Bound who've escape the ghetto for a day..

Went on 11-02-17 Did not like the waiter she had bad attitude. On top of that my boyfirend wanted water. Most place bring straws to your table no they come out with you straw in the cup already. My boyfriend was not to cool with that neither was I. So I asked a guy can I have a straw just to see it they were going to bring me out a paper straw. Nope he went to the back and came back with a straw he picked it up with a napkin and bring it to me. My boyfriend said are they all like that he said yeah. I'm like I'm not cool with that. On top if that the cold slaw I had was nasty.

We never even got a chance to even eat. My boyfriend and I walked in and there wasn’t a hostess at the front door. Two women were standing nearby and even looked us in the eye and didn’t inch. After waiting any longer, we figured we must seat ourselves. So before taking a seat, an older man who was maybe a supervisor or manager, rudely asked us if we were looking for someone. I told him that no one greeted us when we came in and assumed we sat ourselves. He pointed vigorously at the entrance and said “Well a host can help you with that over there. They will be right with you.” The energy was so negative my boyfriend and I just ended up leaving.
