Upon entering we were seated right away the menus were introduced and the server left but not before expressing kind words. the food was brought right away after we ordered maybe like 15 - 20 min. Everything was delicious the chicken was moist & the meals where nice portions. Over all the restaurant is beautiful filled with interesting images. If you have nothing to talk about you can definitely talk about the art work and old world feel. Over all I can see my self coming back next time for actual cheesecake
Went here for date night with my lovely wife, and we were extremely satisfied. The service was amazing. Rachel was very helpful; She offered delicious recommendations, and continuously checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The food was outstanding, and the company was splendid!
Great cheesecake factory location that is able to maintain a consistent cooking standard. So far have not had any major problems with anything coming out of the kitchen except the rare times when steaks are a bit overdone. Their grilled chicken dishes comes out great every time. One of our favorite cheesecake locations.
The food is very Rich.l it's a costly restaurant. We need to make the reservation before heading to the restaurant. Ambience is dark mode in yellow light. This restaurant is present in the mall so it's very busy in traffic and parking is free but tedious to get the spot. Weekends are very busy. All varieties of different cheesecakes are available. Mainly people come here for celebrations like birthday parties, anniversary parties, office parties etc.
Poor Service and Management! Treated poorly after waiting 45 minutes for seating! Waitress was very rude as she rushed us to hurry and order. We noticed that she wasn’t as agitated with other guess around us but she seemed genuine annoyed with us and wanted to rush us to hurry as they were closing. What we couldn’t understand is why they seated us to give us poor services. After a few snappy remarks from the waitress about a drink I order with light ice, I asked for the GM. Her words were I was going to get more drink with less ice. I explained that was besides the point, I prefer light ice. The glass was removed, ice picked or poured out and same glass returned dirty. I requested a manager and she came out and her attitude was smug as well as she didn’t help at all. Basically she shudder her shoulders as I explained I requested a drink with light ice and got the runaround about a simple cocktail. The waitress brought back a glass full of ice after I stressed little to light ice. She was upset I requested that the drink be remade with less ice. I was told by her that she would pour out some of ice which she did and brought back a half empty glass. Same glass she took away, she brought back twice. Manager repeat the same thing and then offer to take it away and off the bill. I requested again the drink with light ice and was brought back my same old glass. Unbelievable! Oh yes she added the drink away back to the bill without remaking it. Absolutely horrible service, food was off, everyone left with doggie bags because they were unhappy with the food besides the burgers. The watery Mac N cheese was for a child who refused it because he said it was yucky and that’s his favorite meal. It really was the dirty half filled glasses for me! This is the $15 dollar cocktail I asked for served with light ice in a dirty glass that was removed from the table twice and brought back in the same glass! As a Chef, I AM SHOOK! Disgusting! Refused to give me general manager contact information and dismissed my concerns about rude waitress when I asked that a manager come over. I am so disappointed this was my daughter’s birthday experience and we generally love this place. We have been coming to this location for almost 20 years and I will NOT RETURN! Certainly expected better. Smaller clean glass with light ice would have satisfied
This Cheesecake Factory was okay. I have been to better locations. One thing I truly appreciate was the quick turnaround. We arrived Saturday afternoon and was immediately seated. No wait time is always a GREAT TIME! Our server was on it! She checked on us a few times before we can decide on what to order. Honestly, I rather have that than an unresponsive server! Here are where things fell flat. I order Mac and cheese with some grilled salmon and broccoli. My Mac was super runny and a bit too salty and salmon was a bit salty as well now that I mentioned it. Our Cheesecake was the real star! It's worth another visit. Our meals. are fast and the service was 4/5!
Has to be the best The Cheesecake Factory I have had. Went a few months ago with my husband for date weekend. Best cheesecake that I have had, I tried the pineapple upside-down cake cheesecake yummy. Also had breakfast and dinner and the food was on point. Will be back there soon.
We went for lunch at Cheesecake Factory last weekend. Would definitely recommend this location! My family and I went to have a lunch treat and was delighted because our server was very nice. Jiro told us many fillers and the way he welcomed us was very pleasing. Thanks to him! I am sure we will back soon.
It was my first time to dine in here and my experience was good. If your a group, and coming here for dinner, one member should come here early to take the waiting, coz its always busy at night. Service is great and the food was awesome. We tried the shrimp scampi and steak combo, and the tacos. It was delicious. Would definitely come back here. Parking is not a problem here. Mall is also nearby so you can hang around and do something else.
My girlfriend and I wanted to check out some Louis Vuitton and Gucci before heading to dinner. I've made reservations a week ago online so there was no wait at the Cheesecake factory at Oak Brook. However, the front desk gentleman was kinda rude so that's why I've taken away a star. I could have easily given a better review and now it only deserves a three. We sat down by the window on a Wednesday evening and it was quite busy which is a good sign. Our waiter was fun and very funny. However, I got some stale bread. Not the warm delicious dark color bread I normally got but some old, chewy bread. We ordered our drinks and my drink was a dirty martini. I didn't taste the martini and I asked our waiter if they put the brine juice in and he said yeah. Didn't offer to bring it back to make sure. How the heck do you know he put in brine juice? Did you watch him make it? I doubt it. So you didn't want to check to make sure. So minus another star. Food deserves 5 star. Everything is delicious. We ordered the Egg roll sampler and all 4 was so yummy! We shared a shrimp scampi and shrimp was flavorful and huge prawns and pasta was wonderfully seasoned. We got a strawberry cheesecake to share and that was not too sweet and wonderful as well. So the Oak Brook Cheesecake factory only deserves 3 star because minus 1 star because front desk was rude. You have ONE job. To greet your customers. Minus 1 star for waiter didn't even make sure my $15 dirty martini was made right. So if you must have your cheesecake and don't mind paying $150 for 3 star service, food is absolutely delicious
