I wasn't sure what to expect based off of some of the reviews. But my cookie cake turned out awesome and the lady working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Subash even sent me an email saying they were running slightly behind which I really appreciated. I'd definitely recommend them. UPDATE: just got my 2nd cookie cake from them and this one was great as well. Staff was very nice at the store.
Today on national bulldog day my son Thor the English bulldog got a taste of delicious yogurt I gotta say my big happy boy loved it and pet friendly here at oak brook best employees great service will be back soon we always come to this mall and will keep coming
I ordered cookies online via the Mrs. Fields website and received a confirmation email to come and pick-up my order at 8:00 pm. I went to the store to pick-up the order and the Mrs. Fields associate informed that she had been here all day and received no such order and that they are closed now 7:55PM and should not even be speaking to me. I am fine with errors, I realize they occur. The on-line website should have not allowed me to place an order for “after hours.” Moreover the store associate should not have been condescending in her tone. I am disappointed in the service and when I asked for the solution she was rude and did not offer one. I kindly ask for a solution, and kindness when issues arise.
The ladies working here are very sweet and will put a smile on your face whenever you pop in to buy some delicious cookies and brownies!! Excellent customer service. I come again and again yummy treats and exceptional customer service!!
the woman that took my boyfriend and my order was literally so sweet. the cookies were top tier obviously but the experience was made 1000x better because of the great worker. will definitely definitely be back.

My wife and I hadn't been to Mrs. Fields in years, but decided to visit this one while we were shopping in the mall this evening. The young lady working the store was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the cookies were just as we remembered them--soft and delicious!
They need to learn how to talk to customers first and clean properly their store and then start doing business...this location is a big failure to Mrs Fields reputation...
Do not spend your money at this location!! SUBASH the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Refused to correct their mistake of false advertisement. The cookie cake we received looks nothing like the picture!!
I came in and noticed the person who was making all the drinks and serving all the food wasn’t wearing a mask or wearing gloves. When I asked if they wore mask he stated they had to wear a mask but he took it off anyway because he’s vaccinated so it “didn’t make a difference”. I didn’t even ask about a vaccination. You’re serving food. I walked right out.
