Was here for several hours for a conference. The food was very tasty and accommodations were comfortable.Food: 5/5

I've stayed at this property for the past 10 years whenever I'm in town. But this visit was disappointing.....no room service, no housekeeping, no more restaurant on the 1st floor, just sandwiches at the bar. The main lobby public areas have been remodeled, but the rooms are old, & the air conditioning was non existent in Chicago in August!!

Friendly staff and good service. Food options are ok for a hotel bar.

This place is not opened 24hr, the hotel is not the restaurant. Call ahead

Ben is an awesome guy. He was very nice in helping my friend and I with a storage unit. I'd highly recommend storage units here. It was an easy process.

Food was great, cooked to order. Friendly staff and was very helpful making sure we got refills right away. Our group all enjoyed our food.

Breakfast food was fair. For dinners, the kitchen staff accommodated my requests beautifully. The Big problem is the LONG wait for service due to low staffing of the front of the house.
