A beautiful atmosphere and top-notch performances!
I had a lot of fun watching Patrick Combs' one-man show about a man who cashes in a junkmail cheque. He employed different voices effectively, including those of an old law professor and a bank insider high on marijuana.
Awesome performing arts
Always great sound and an awesome experience. Every seat is a good one.
‘Sweat’ was brilliantly written and exceptionally performed. Perhaps the most significant theatre experience in my lifetime. Thank you CANSTAGE.
Always enjoy their venues. Intimate theatre allows you to be up close with the actors and sometimes be part of the production. We always look forward to going to the Berkeley.
Went to the Toronto French Theater. They have really good shows. I go here with my high school once or twice per year. It's a but far from my school, but it's worth the trip
Great art space. Loved the play "Sweat". Outstanding but dark and sad.
Definitely the poorer cousin of the Bluma Appel theatre. Small poky venue with mediocre acoustics, a tiny lobby area and VERY cramped seating. If you're more than 6 ft tall, get a first row or aisle seat to avoid hours of ergonomic torture and stay clear of the balcony altogether.
Great play. Helps understand why people in the mid-west support Trump.
