Fantastic service!! I was there for a volunteer appreciation dinner and the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. I'm kicking myself for forgetting to take a picture! I ordered a chicken with shrimp skewer, mashed potato gravy and green beans. My son ordered steak with shrimp skewer, mashed potato and green beans. Cooked and presented beautifully! DELICIOUS!! Staff was friendly and attentive! I would totally go again to dine and hangout with friends.
Came for wing Wednesday and it was very busy. Our waitress was good, but service was slow. I got the hot honey wings and they came swimming in sauce - which ended up leaking everywhere. Its an ok place, the rooftop is cool, but definitely not my choice for a wingspot.
Great customer service. Ordered garlic fingers and steak bites with salad. No complaints except the vinegarette/dressing. Nevertheless the staffs are amazing. Will definitely be back.
We went to watch World Jr's game and left at first intermission. Ordering drinks at the start went fine and then we ordered poutine and nachos. The poutine had old hard fries and the nachos either had no cheese or looked and felt like they sat in water beforehand. The server also did not come by for about 15min and I had to ask a different one for help to get our bill. Awful experience. Go somewhere else.
After our Sunday morning Costco visit today we were driving around St Albert trying to decide where to go for brunch. We decided to give Canadian Brewhouse a try. We were so impressed!! The place is clean, lots of comfortable seating, TVs everywhere. Now, how is the brunch? So good! Huge portions and so delicious. I had the steak and eggs and my wife had eggs benny. Christina was our server and she was so friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic. This is a new go to for brunch in St Albert for us.
We made a reservation for our daughter's 18th Birthday with a table of 12. It started out rough as at first they couldn't find our reservation in their system and thought my name was Mike. Our hostess at the beginning didn't have much of a "tableside manner" but then we were passed off to Taylor C. Who was an absolute gem. She was a Rockstar serving 12 guests by herself and keeping everything together without a mistake. This waitress deserves some major kudos as she was sweet , kind and very customer oriented and attended to our needs the whole time we were there. 5 stars Taylor. Drink service needed a little work as it took about 30 minutes to get 2 drinks to our table and they completely forgot to make one of our orders which made things a bit awkward as our whole table was eating except for one member of our party. Another had a burger that was a bit charred as were our bacon wrapped jalapeños. We sucked it up and ate them though as to not be a burden to our waitress and the kitchen staff. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience at this location. Just a few hiccups. We left after a good time and even shared cupcakes with our waitress and the kitchen staff.
Great service, excellent appies and the prime rib rocked! We had Hayley as our server and she knocked it outta the park! Will go back...try the dessert 'poutine' - over the top delicious and so unexpected
Fantastic service! We stopped for some appetizers and drinks between a wedding ceremony and reception and we had a great time! Our server was Kennedy and she was so sweet! It was very busy there and Kennedy was the only server for a bit, but she managed it great and made sure to take care of us.
Taylor was absolutely amazing as our waitress. I would give her 10 stars but it maxed out at 5. Update Nov. 17/22 Jess and Nikki were awesome. Food was excellent, service was prompt! Update Dec 8/22 Jess was wonderful. Knows exactly what I wanted with a good flick of the wrist
We decided to take the family for a fun lunch on a day off. When we arrived at around 12:30, it wasn't too busy but there was a single waitress waiting on all the tables so it was about ten minutes before she even acknowledged us. Our table was supposed to be clean but I noticed that there was a huge sticky smear across the table and asked for a cloth. The waitress said she would come clean it for us. Ten minutes later... I ordered the Cobb chicken salad for lunch $20.99 and the rest ordered sandwiches and burgers etc. After about a fifteen minute wait , our food arrived. My salad was crammed into an angled bowl and I noticed that there was no cheese anywhere but a pile of onion hidden in the middle of the salad instead. We also noticed that the cutlery that was left at our table was dirty. When the waitress came back, I showed her my salad and asked for it to be made according to the menu. I hate onions so double checked, no onions listed in the salad. They took my salad away and I got to sit for another 15 minutes while the rest of the family finished their meals. My salad finally came back out after everyone was done their meals. The manager came out and apologized for the error but didn't seem to notice how much time past until the replacement came out. Best part... We were charged full fare for the whole shooting match. I guess it's an ok place if you just want to hang out with friends but definitely don't go for the outstanding food or service.
