We ordered skip the dishes from here. A blackened chicken Caesar salad. The chicken didn’t arrive. We called the restaurant to get the chicken. They said “unfortunately that’s how it is, if you come in  we can give you $4 off” um? So i paid $22 for some lettuce and dressing? Disappointing and won’t be back.

I visited Brown's Social club with my husband on Oct 31st, 2021.  After having our Vaccine passports checked we were seated at the bar as we requested to watch NFL.  Our server Mara immediately greeted us and after a few minutes perusing the menu, I ordered an Argentinian Malbec.  My husband asked Mara what beers were on tap!  She named every beer on tap without hesitation and we were super impressed!  The bartender Nam, poured a taster for my husband to try before making a choice.  Nam also helped us select our appetizers.  The food arrived quickly and it was delicious.  We found Nam and Mara to be excellent servers with engaging personalities.  We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Brown's and will certainly be returning soon.

I recently visited this busy restaurant and was blown away by the service and the food. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was top-notch from start to finish. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from and all dishes cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good service and delicious food. Keep up the great work!

I cannot give 0 stars and that is a shame. My wife and I arrived at 5:40 and got seated right away. It was a little busy but not packed and no wait. Server came right away and asked for our drinks. Drinks arrived 5 minutes later and we ordered our food so it is 5:50ish. Server came at 6:50 and said sorry it is taking so long we are busy today but it shouldn't be much longer. Well at 7:20 we decided enough is enough and I found the server and told her we were done and leaving. I offered to pay for our drinks but the server said don't worry about it and said sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he was like oh well, we are busy..not much we can do. We have been here several times but I can say we will never go back. The mangers attitude turned me off. Not the servers fault but boy the service was horrible. At least come and talk to your quests, don't just leave them hanging. There were people that came in after us and ate and then left. When someone has been sitting there for 1 1/2hrs they should become priority.

Been to this location a quite a few times. Tonight everything  we wanted they were out of. The service could have been way better. All 3 steak dinners were cold and had clearly been sitting out for well over an hr. The one meal was still cold like it had been taken out of the fridge.  One of the absolute  worst experiences I've had at this location. Even the kids meal was cold and rice was hard. The manager didn't really care, just said he was going to talk to the cook about the mix up. It took 2.5 hrs to get everything we tried to order and by the time the entrees came they were closed. After the entrees came one of our appetizers came out and the rice on the rolls were cold like it had been sitting out.... being an appetizers it should have come with the rest before the entrees. Not impressed and not impressed how ot was handled by the manager.

The reason you come here is for the atmosphere. The interior and patio are both very nice.  The food is okay but leaves something to be desired.  The service could also be improved a little bit.  Good place to meet and socialize, like their name suggests.  I would stick to smaller plates here.

Inedible! Gross! I got lettuce wraps to go. There was no sauce on anything. Dry burnt chicken. Burnt vegetables. All dry no sauce. I couldn’t eat it. I threw it out. I wouldn’t waste my money go elsewhere.

Terrible service .. cold water for my tea, and when I asked for a new pot of hot water she came back with no tea bag..the first teabag went into the cold pot of water. The server brought our food and she didn’t come back at all to see if everything was okay, or we needed anything.. we needed napkins. The salad was good but the beef dip was stringy .. we couldn’t flag our waitress down after multiple attempts to get our bill, and we resorted to asking a girl inside the bar area for our bill, that didn’t go over well, she was not impressed , which added to the terrible experience., in the hour that we were there the girl in the bar never moved and I assumed she might be able to grab our bill .. they weren’t busy either, there were only a few customers. we won’t be back.

10 minutes waiting in line, 10th person in line. The line wasn't moving, no one even acknowledged anyone in line. A few tables were empty, but staff seemed to not care about seating new customers. We ended up leaving. Pretty disappointing. Staff needs to follow basic restaurant service protocol.Service: 1/5

Lively atmosphere on a Saturday night. Great Gyoza as always/fave and Pub Burger. Server was friendly and came by often to check on us. Brown's is always sure to please with an extensive menu and helpful staff! :Food: 5/5
