My friends and I came in for our birthdays so that we could get our nachos, as well as food. Even though it was both our birthdays and we both have free nachos we were told we could not get both only one. Not sure where the policy says that on the app but anyways. We ordered out food as well. 19$ for a plate with 8 of the smallest wings I’ve ever seen, my crunchy buffalo burger was cold like no heat to it at all, my gravy was like skin half way through it, the pressed pickles had no taste at all. Very disappointed with how things are here. The Calgary Marlbrough restaurant was by far much better place and I think I will continue to give them my business. Not exactly an enjoyable birthday night. Redeemed a birthday meal and not even so much as a happy birthday. Not to forget hardly any cheese on the nachos.

I should say generally we always enjoy Canadian Brewhouse. Super disappointed in the wing orders we had the other night. We ordered 4 orders. We thought we'd get 10 or 12 wings but each of us got 8 wings. I'm still in shock that it cost 19.99 for an order of 8 wings. Online to note it says it comes with carrots, celery, cucumber. None of the 4 orders got the carrots. Totally left feeling like $2.50ish a wing was too much considering they were medium sized at best. 80$ on 32 wings....unreal.
This was my first time at this location. 5 of us adults went for “lobster fest”.nI was able to book tickets online easily. We were a little late for our reserved time baby & sitter, but it was no problem.nWhen we got there drinks were ordered. Then our server chatted with one in our party about GF options and an allergy. They easily accommodated him.nOur lobster arrived piping hot. It was absolutely delish!nMac n cheese was a little spicy, which was ok. 2 of our party said it could have been creamier, but others liked it how it was. Caesar salad fresh and crisp. Garlic bread nice, not dry or soggy.nWe were very impressed how my husbands’ meal was changed to accommodate him. This is often a huge deal when we eat out. He was very pleased.nOur waitress was Great! Other staff were smiling and friendly.nCost was fantastic. Drink specials decent.nWill definitely go back. Looking forward to their next event.
We weren’t too happy with this place. Our waitress was not friendly. The brisket shepherds pie was actually roast and not brisket and the chicken wrap had almost no chicken and all lettuce.nnThey then sent us home with ice cream to go for our child… with a fork.nnYou can get much better service elsewhere for that money.
