Ordered a simple lettuce wrapped burger. Waited 20 minutes at the window then was told I was over charged and was given my change back. Then I was told I just had to go park in front and they would bring it out in a few minutes. Waited 10 minutes and nothing. Went in to follow up and they were clueless about the burger and it hadn’t even been started yet. They gave a refund but it was ridiculous. I was chill and easy going the whole time. Like do I have to be a Karen to get proper service ?
The soft drinks were nice and cold and didn’t come with any ice. The burgers and onion rings weren’t all that great for their high price point unfortunately.
Legitimately the happiest, most energetic and friendly group of staff! It takes a lot for a fast food place to get a 5 star review but the team that was working December 15th 2023 definitely deserve it! Amazing atmosphere!
The other day I went with a breakfast coupon. Because there is a supply chain issue with hash browns, we were told that we had to pay extra for fries as replacements. I said we will forgo it, and the elderly staff member very rudely commented that she had to put in fries or we can't use the coupon for the deal. Politely, I said 'why would it be our problem because there are no hash browns and we don't want fries?'. She walked away and repeated mimicking my comments to the other team member, 'why is it our problem' leaving my friend and I looking each other. No apologies for the problem. Then a supervisor came over and rectified the issue. Very disappointed by the service. I go there quite often.
Today I ordered chubby chicken sandwich on drive through. When I tried to eat it fries with sandwich are cold, I throw it the garbage jest west of the money. Please respect the Costomer.nThanksnZak
