I came in to watch an Oiler's game and the bartender noticed I was playing chess on my phone in between periods and informed me that he was an avid chess player himself. I informed him that I had my chess set in my truck and that it would be a pleasure to play a few games over the board. I had a great time playing with several of the staff. This Canadian Brewhouse management's primary concern was that the guests were having a fun time and enjoying their evening. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to have a fun and casual evening out. Thanks again CBH Grande Prairie
Horrible meal ever ask for a well done steak not a burn steak. Also ask for fettuccine Alfredo that they can make for me but it was tomatoes in the Fettuccine Alfredo sauce awful awful never go there again.
I've only been here twice but both experiences were great. Today we had brunch served by Katey. She was lovely; chatty but not obnoxious and friendly. The breakfast poutine was delicious. This trip even changed my fiance's previously negative opinion of the CBH. We'll be back for sure.
As per usual, Mac goes above and beyond for us. She’s super pleasant to chat with, always has a smile on her face and does everything to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. She’s definitely the best server we have had here at brew, and we do come often. Highly recommend asking for her!!
We ordered skip the dishes and our meal wasn’t great. Because this was the first time it happened we gave a thumbs down on skip the dishes review but left it at that. The next day I got a call from management and she sent a gift card to compensate for the meal. I am very impressed with how this was handled and it was more than I ever expected.
I am strict vegetarian and order vegie pizza and got little pieces of bacon. Very disgusted. I dont even know what to say. dont even want to give one star
We had ordered a take out order from skip. They forgot one of our appetizers, I contacted skip but they said they were not reimbursing us. I just left it. The next day the manager called me and apologized, she gifted us a gift card and was so apologetic! That is amazing in my opinion! Thank you Brewhouse, we will continue to order from you guys ! You truly care about your community and your customers!
My pint glass wasn't filled up to the top this factors in the dissipation of head / froth, it was still below low what is acceptable. The manager listened and acknowledged this issue with this in a professional manner. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening in a fun atmosphere and I'd go again, lovely spot to enjoy a beer
Our server was Mikayla, she has honestly been top notch notch ever since I have come here. She always makes sure we’re looked after, and always asking if we need anything else. She’s beautiful inside and out! And she will be the reason I continue to come back here!
Was at the Brewhouse in grande prairie and had a great experience. I had a small pizza that was amazing and my friend had the garlic fingers also a top choice. Our server Rosalyn was awesome, she recommended a few things to enhance our drinks and had us laughing every visit.
