I walked Into this place and the black curly hair waitress was rude to me when trying to find a spot to sit so I walked out and said screw. Just like other reviews it’s true the waitresses are rude and ignorant I don’t recommend this place. Fellow stack energy employees I would boycott this restaurant if you see my post.
Very unhappy, stopped by a hand full of times. Waitress was very friendly at first. Last experience she gave us extra food we didn't order. She said it was free and still charged for it. Looked at receipt when we got home and she also charged for two extra drinks on our bill. Ended up being $20 extra when her English speaking son tried to refund us for her mistake she screamed at him in front of us and he apologized and walked away. Nothing was resolved. Order at your own risk!
Terrible service if you order off of THEIR OWN WEBSITE... Paid for food to be delivered and took 3 hours for the driver to get extremely lost after was given extremely direct directions that the workers did NOT relay to the driver. Never got the food, got hung up on 5 times trying to be re credited 50$. Extremely frustrated and only lives 5 min drive away from the store.
We order through skip and didn't recieve our sweet and sour sauce for our chicken balls. Although it wasn't their issue they brought it personally to my house. That shows they care and it ment alot yo me
Horrible not good service at all we evacuees are given the same meal on buffet for lunch & dinner same every day and after we are here a week he's going to charge us extra for a small o.j. & glass of water SCAMMER ! Making a killing off the govt. While we are charged for a drink with the same old buffet ! He's taking advantage of the govt & pocketing the rest while serving the limited slop buffet!
I have been here twice now, to make sure that I wasn't mistaken the first time with an isolated bad experience. Nope, I wasn't mistaken. The food is terrible, the atmosphere is terrible. Do not spend your money on this place you will be disappointed. Yuck!
I personally like it. Staff has always been great. Food has been good. Nice quiet place. Will eat here again.
Food was good, service friendly, but like most Chinese food places north of Edmonton, they don't know the difference between Chop Suey and Beef and Greens.
I've ordered from here on skip the dishes a few times now honestly, immaculate food it's been super consistent and amazing every time ! Definitely a hidden gem
Tell you she will give you free stuff that you don't order then charge you for it , been there many times have good tips for OK food not great was very friendly ! Then starts yelling at her son the cook very rudely when he tries to fix the problem ... very disappointed and won't ever go back recommend you don't go here , thanks
