My favorite cake bakery. The level of artistry and quality craftsmanship is amazing. They have a wonderful variety of flavors. We hired the Cakewalk Shop for my wedding and I loved how the cake turned out. We are currently in the middle of using their services again for my sister's baby shower, and will definitely be using their services again and again.
We were so incredibly happy with our take from The Cakewalk Shop. They were so friendly and helpful finding our vision. We wanted a pretty simple cake with the naked type frosting. The small touches of fruit and greenery were perfection. And the flavors were amazing! We had the Mimosa Passionfruit for our main cake and Almond Latte cupcakes. Everyone raved about the flavors and the presentation was perfect. Highly recommend this local bakery.
I was looking for a local bakery for my wedding and Johanna help my vision come to life. My cake was so beautiful and it tasted delicious. All my guest loved the dessert table and cake flavors. I would highly recommend them and I will be ordering for other occasions in the future.
My husband and I had a fantastic time working with this amazing mother and daughter duo! Working with Johanna was a great experience and she made all the communicating super easy. It was easier than I expected to work through the design process virtually. They captured our vision perfectly and we got our dream wedding cake! It was gorgeous and TASTY!! All the flavors we tried at their adorable shop were delicious so it was a difficult choice. They delivered the cake and decorated it with flowers from our florist at the venue and when we first saw our cake, it was a very special moment! We highly recommend working with them - it was a fantastic experience! We will be getting anniversary cakes from them in the future :

Great cake shop! They had efficient communication with me, delivered a great product, and were fun to work with. I had to find a new cake baker for my wedding after my other cake baker closed up shop and I'm so glad I found them! They were responsive to e-mails and ran me through everything once I was in the shop since I had never done a cake tasting prior. I let them know I was sweating trying to just pick 4 flavors to try and low and behold they had made a cupcake of the 5th flavor I was looking to try and let me try it! I was so thankful and continue to keep going in to buy cupcakes from them since they are SO delicious. I was very grateful that they helped me plan the right amount of cake and cupcakes for my wedding, we only had 10 cupcakes left at the end of the night and 1/4 of the 2-tiered wedding cake. I was easily able to distribute the cupcakes to a few close people the next day so they didn't go to waste. These are the ladies to help you plan your small and large group cake needs!
For our grand opening party we asked The Cakewalk Shop if they could do custom cookies of our logos for the event and they turned out amazing! Johanna made the process so easy and they were even able to slip our custom stickers into the packaging as well. Tasty, too! Thanks to the team for making these come to life - would definitely recommend!
Found this place when I was looking for a baker to do the gender reveal baby shower cake for my best friend. Johanna accommodated our request even though she was booked for the entire month and even created the custom design we had in mind. She walked us through the flavors and helped us choose the best option. The cake turned out to spectacular and tasted very very good. People loved it at the party.
This bakery nailed the cake that my clients dreamed of for their wedding. They make the design just like the photo we sent and the flavors were spot on! The entire 3 tiered cake was consumed which rarely happens at weddings. You did a great job and the team who delivered it were so nice and helpful in setting it up. Thank you for such an amazing job. I hope to work with you again!
My husband and I lucked out when we stumbled onto this little mother daughter duo bakery in Everett for our June 2022 wedding. Everything from the tasting, to the design process, to delivery was amazing and everything we could have hoped for. We ended up going with a 2 tier cookies and cream cake and 3 dozen cupcakes of varying flavors. I had mentioned while I was beyond happy with the choices, I was slightly bummed they weren’t offering a carrot cake at the time and they agreed to make one of the cupcake flavors carrot cake and while I never got to taste it, I was told they were amazing. We thought we ordered on the high side for desserts, but apparently, they were so amazing everything was gone… we didn’t even get a slice of cake for our 1-year anniversary. That should tell you everything you need to know about this bakery. Their delivery and presentation were on time and on point and they even incorporated bits of the floral design into the cake before they left. We cannot say enough good things about these two!
