"We are a small batch bakery. We provide housemade baked goods, sweet and savory everyday. Come for breakfast and lunch and enjoy our delicious provisions with some coffee or tea."
This is such a nice little bakery. There's a huge variety and it was a pleasant change to find one that does bread as well. The staff was great and made helpful tips while I was asking about pastries to get for friends to try. The conversation was also enjoyable! I personally chose the macron, which was the perfect texture, but the carrot cake cupcakes and apple puff pastry were well received by my friends too
Choux Choux Bakery has great offerings of pastries: different kinds of croissants, muffins, scones, cookies, the pastry counter definitely looks enticing. They also have bread and cakes, while serves up Victrola coffee. I had a traditional croissant and to be honest, it doesn't taste like a croissant at all. It's too solid and a bit dry. Normally I would have disliked it, but then I imagined it as a layered puffy brioche and I kind of liked it haha.
Nice place, coffee and tea were very good. Pastries were fresh but a little bland. Some people may prefer it that way. So not really a negative but didn't give me a "wow" factor.
Choux Choux Bakery is a nice gem in Everett. Some of the prices seem a bit high, but the baked items I have had so far have been great. The gluten free scone was very good.
I wasn't sure I would like this place but it was a convenient stop for coffee in the morning so we checked it out. Was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the pastries were! Coffee was good too but when we come back it will be for the pastries.
best bakery around! feels like I’m in Manhattan. Love coming from lake stevens for this! I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered from here except maybe their savory bread pudding thing had mushrooms. They take your clean reusable cups for coffee so save the environment!
STOP here! Trust me you won’t regret it well, if your’e on a diet you might regret it lol. On a recent visit to the area I Spent several mornings trying to decide what to order. So I have had almond crescents, garlic and onion torte, breakfast pie, several other pastries I don’t know the name of… I can say it doesn’t matter what you pick it’s ALL delicious! Of course they have coffee, lattes and teas. All skillfully made. Milk alternatives are $1 even for a splash.
I'm on a business trip at a nearby hotel and decided to treat myself with some baked goods. Boy am I glad I did! They are so good! I got a delicious coffee cake muffin, a big, soft, chewy, tasty ginger snap cookie, and an absolutely perfect and perfectly delicious pistachio macaroon. Yum!
Had high hopes! Visited for the first time and was a huge let down. Staff said the brioche was warm and fresh out of the oven, so I thought why not. Vanilla strawberry rhubarb cupcake and egg tart also looked good, so I grabbed those. I also picked up two lemon shortbread cookies. The only thing worth getting is the lemon shortbread cookies. Maybe. The brioche had wayyyy too much yeast, it completely tastes sour. Even after reheating it, it just smells so sour. Bummer on that one. The buttercream on the strawberry rhubarb cupcake is straight butter. I’m unsure if the bakers taste test batches before sending it out! The egg tart was overdone making the egg completely rubbery. We had to toss everything cause no one wanted to eat it. I am really sad by all the misses here - would love to try again but we don’t really come to Everett often. Just so happened to stop by. Really bummed by this and wish we stopped at a different bakery instead!
Best bakery around Everett for both sweet & savory pastries!! Definitely worth checking out. I love their mushroom croissants and my husband is obsessed with the ham and cheese croissants the quiches are also delicious! And don’t even get me started on the blueberry and apple turnovers!! So flakey and delectable. Especially after a yoga session.
