Went for my mums birthday and had afternoon tea. Gorgeous food and a relaxed atmosphere. 10/10 Plus log burner and toys for the kids. Dog friendly too! Really lovely place

Superb experience, delicious lunch, very relaxing environment and helpful staff. My dog enjoyed herself too. Quite a range of vegetarian and vegan options. Will be going again.

No point in going if you shop at Aldi, we were charged £6 for milkshakes out of £1 Aldi milkshake carton, they will also sell you multi pack cans of pop not to be sold separately at a 500% mark up! And the food!!! Aldi chips, Aldi mayonnaise, Aldi burgers, I think you get the idea. just simply put you’re own Aldi food on a plate at home and save 500% happy days!!!

Visited today for lunch. It was lovely. Food excellent, atmosphere and staff made our visit very enjoyable. Will be back

Very tasty, hearty lunch at the Cake Shack. The mince pie cake was sublime. Very talented baker. The staff are delightful.

My wonderful wife and beautiful children surprised me with afternoon tea for Father's Day at The Cake Shack. We've been using The Cake Away for a couple of years now and Emma and her team didn't disappoint at The Cake Shack. As expected the food was incredible and the food is what it's all about!
